Vision to Reality

Through the Van Wert Forward project, the Arcade Block has been reimagined into a dynamic, mixed-use destination. The first floor now features newly activated storefronts, inviting foot traffic and energizing the block with fresh commercial activity. Above, the upper floors have been converted into modern residential units that combine comfort and character. A newly installed elevator ensures the entire building is accessible, supporting residents and businesses. This transformation reinforces the Arcade Block’s role in shaping a more connected, livable, and thriving downtown Van Wert.
