Alexander & Bebout
Sara is the President of Alexander & Bebout, Inc., an engineering and design commercial and industrial contractor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from the University of Toledo and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. Sara is dedicated to Building Vibrancy in our community through her involvement with Van Wert Forward, CIC, and Van Wert Area Economic Development.
Van Wert County Foundation
Gary Clay serves as the chairman of the Van Wert Federal Savings Bank board. Gary is excited about Van Wert Forward because he is passionate about seeing the revival of buildings restored to their previous vibrant glory. Gary additionally serves as a Van Wert County Foundation Trustee.
Central Insurance
Troy Klingler brings valuable industry expertise to the Van Wert Forward Board as a representative of Central Insurance Companies, where he serves as the Commercial Lines Pricing Manager. He is honored to contribute to this transformative initiative. He is enthusiastic about the positive impact the downtown development will have on Van Wert’s growth and its role in the region.

Charles Koch is the Managing Partner of Koch White Law and the Chairman of the Van Wert County Foundation Board of Trustees. A dedicated civic leader, Charles has long been involved in numerous community organizations and initiatives. He is proud to support Van Wert Forward as it brings a bold vision for revitalization to life, enhancing the community’s identity and overall quality of life.

Taylor Ray Orsbon is the Senior Director of Brand and Marketing at Central Insurance Companies. She is excited to serve on the Board of Directors as Taylor believes Van Wert Forward will inspire how our community lives, works, and plays.
