Tenant Off-Hours Emergency Information

Van Wert Forward is committed to providing safe, well-maintained properties and prompt support when emergencies arise. If you are a tenant experiencing a building-related emergency outside of regular business hours, please follow the guidance below.

What Is an Emergency?

Off-hours emergencies may include:

  • No heat during cold weather

  • Major water leaks or flooding

  • No electricity (if not due to a utility outage)

  • Broken exterior doors or locks posing a security risk

  • Fire, smoke, or carbon monoxide alarms sounding

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a fire, medical, or life-threatening emergency, call 911.
